CHEMICALLY BONDS ON OVERLAPS

Toptape has the unique ability to chemically bond together when overlapped by 50mm. Instantly waterproof and fused permanently within minutes.

2 BUTYL ADHESIVE STRIPS

Two butyl strips run along each edge of the roll to ensure a watertight seal no matter what roofing material it’s applied to.

REINFORCING INTERNAL MESH

Embedded inside each roll is an aluminium honeycomb mesh that provides a lasting profile of the roof and stops any lifting.

HIGH-TECH POLYMER RUBBER SURFACE
